Automatic cutting machine

For single core and multicore cables

SP40 is designed to cut cables, tubes, jackets and flat cables. The machine counts the batch and measures the cutting length. Through an easy-to-use control panel with a membrane keyboard or 4” touchscreen display, the operator can constantly overview the work in progress, set and correct batch parameters, and receive diagnostic information.

The length of the cable is checked by an encoder assembled on conveyor belts.

Cables are fed through two motorized conveyors and an optional, external encoder may be installed to improve cable cutting efficiency.
